Stillness and suspension over the lake
Poznan, Kiekrz (Poland)
This is Jezioro Kierskie (Kierskie Lake), one of the biggest lakes in Wielkopolska (Greater Poland, region of west-central Poland). -for the information ,special thanks to Maciej Jedrzejczak)
Winter always make me feel a great sense of suspension and stillness. Doesn't it remind you of Horace's lines from Odes I, 9?
It's seems like the time has stopped in an eternal moment.

Armony of shapes
The "flying saucer" II
MAC - Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Niterói (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
Oscar Niemeyer (2006)
Art meets Nature.
The sweet and snug shape of Niemeyer's building is in perfect armony between the sky and the water, whose little ruffling reflect its presence. The encounter of the two elements (the liquid one and the solid one)creates a balance in which, in the distance, the horizon open up.
